Gantt Chart V3

Following some changes in plan and a review of our tasks we have made further changes to the Gantt Chart. We have taken out the Brother character and changed the scene slightly. We have also needed more time to prototype the demo scene and get the timing right. Having one less character to work on has enabled us to shovel some tasks around and we have now allocated time for getting the sound for the scene together, something we had previously not made time for.
